This article provides some insight on how the fuel smuggling corruption in Libya helps to finance the Rapid Support Force rebels in the Sudan conflict. The fuel comes across the Libya-Chad border and then gets transported by RSF personnel into western Sudan to help finance the RSF activities and operations in Sudan.
