North African Regional Defense Capability (NARC)
the North African Regional Capability (NARC) is a regional organization of North African nations that are concerned with promoting peace, security, and stability on the continent. It's mission is to sustain a fully equipped multidimensional standy force with full operational capability ready for deployment.
The 80th Special Operations Battalion of the 111th Brigade is Libya's designated force to complement NARC activities when necessary.
